After being diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) in 2016, Briana embarked on an 8 year journey of research, trial and error, and healing. She is now PMDD free and specializes in helping others in the PMDD community rewire their relationship with their cycles through her signature program–Embracing Cyclical. The result?
